Our Chain has developed two hotels in Cross River State(ASDAM lodge and spa in Calabar and Akuma lodge in ogoja). ASDAM lodge and spa is a high class resort with the aim of promoting wellness and hospitality services of the highest standard. The spa is set up to provide Ayurveda massage,'the science of life 'a system of traditional medicine native to India, and practiced in other parts of the world as a form of alternative medicine to enhance rejuvenation and wellness. The hotel also entreats you to a tour of the world famous Obudu Cattle Ranch, Kwa falls, Nkarassi and Alok Monoliths and other tourists' destinations in Cross River State.

    • Guests must cancel 72 hours before the date of check-in, or Guest will be subject to a minimum one-night charge, including all applicable taxes and fees. This includes group check-ins.
    • Guests will be required to bring proper photo identification and the printable booking invoice in order to check-in.
    • Guest who cancel less than 24 hourse before the date of check-in are subject to a partial refund
    • No-shows are subject to no fund
    • For early check-out, hotel may refund credits of guest's unused nights
    • Late check-out between 2PM-6PM attracts 50% of room rate
    • Guests may be subject to additional charges upon check-in, as applicable (such as room and key deposit, pet charges, etc)
    • Rates do not include incidentals, such as meals, extra beds, minibar, room service, etc.
